RETURN POLICY

ALL CUSTOM ORDER SALES ARE FINAL. The majority of our luminary products are MADE TO ORDER or are not part of an inventory that can be restocked. You will receive a digital proof of your order/design prior to final processing. Once approval is received, production begins and the order cannot be cancelled.

Non-customized orders can be returned within 10 days at your expense with prior written approval, less a 25% re-stocking fee. You will receive a refund once the item has been received at our location.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Custom Luminaries is not responsible for packages that have been lost or stolen. Please be sure that orders are shipped to a secure location where they will not be lost or stolen. If you want a package delivered requiring your signature, you must notify us and pay an additional $4.75 handling charge. Otherwise, your package will be delivered not requiring a signature release.


Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for the buyer's errors in selection of size, color or quantity.

We reserve the right to ship your package using the least expensive method. At this time all packages are shipped via the United States Postal Service, UPS Ground or UPS SurePost.
