RETURN POLICY
Please note: Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled or refunded as it goes into immediate processing by a 3rd party printer. If there is a problem once you receive your order, please contact us within 48 hours and we will do our best to fix it.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Custom Candlelight is not responsible for packages that have been lost or stolen. Please be sure that orders are shipped to a secure location. Your package will be delivered not requiring a signature release.
Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for the buyer's errors in selection of size, color or quantity.
We reserve the right to ship your package using the least expensive method. At this time all packages are shipped via the United States Postal Service, UPS Ground or UPS SurePost.
